ERS has an entry level position for a degreed engineer or architect to conduct energy audits on commercial and multifamily buildings. Such audits culminate in the preparation of a written report. The position, which is available in our White Plains office, has the following qualifications:
• 4 year degree in engineering (BSME preferred) or 5 year degree in architecture
• Good writing and verbal communication skills
• LEED-AP certification a plus
• Experience with Energy Star a plus
• Familiarity with energy modeling software
• Experience with calculating payback analyses
ERS is a consultancy serving private and institutional owners. The firm provides energy audits, retrofit management, and alternate energy feasibility studies. Headquartered in White Plains, New York with branch offices in Washington, DC, Miami, Los Angeles, and Chicago, ERS is comprised of over 15 LEED APs, CEMs, CEAs, PEs, and RAs.
